The Ad Booking Process
Book your space and provide the ad copy by the 14th of each month prior to delivery.
Let us know:
- The ad size (e.g 1/2 page)
- The communities required
- Black & white or colour
Email the ad copy by the 14th of each month prior to delivery (e.g. January 14 for the February edition):
- Refer to Ad Submission Guidelines and Ad Copy Help
Please note that:
- Ad rates are per insertion, per month, per individual community newsletter
- Ad design is provided at no charge
After receipt of the ad proof:
- Carefully review and ensure that the ad copy and layout is correct
Return by email:
- Your approval or any changes required within 24 hours
- Provide your full mailing address for paid invoice mail out
- Provide your credit card details for payment
Payment
- Payment is by credit card which will be charged upon ad proof approval.
