The Ad Booking Process

What You Need to Do

• Contact one of our Sales team to get the process rolling or to answer any of your questions:
• Email to book your ad space
• Let us know:
• The ad size (e.g 1/2 page)
• The communities required
• Black & white or colour
• Email the ad copy by the 14th of each month prior to delivery (e.g. January 14 for the February edition):
• Refer to Ad Submission Guidelines and Ad Copy Help
• Please note that:
• Ad rates are per insertion, per month, per individual community newsletter
• Ad design is provided at no charge
• After receipt of the ad proof:
• Carefully review and ensure that the ad copy and layout is correct
• Return by email:
• Your approval or any changes required within 24 hours
• Provide your full mailing address for paid invoice mail out
• Provide your credit card details for payment

Payment

• Payment is by credit card which will be charged upon ad proof approval.
